‘Pleased to have won WSA Pyramides’

Had a great week in Paris winning the WSA Pyramids tournament!

I played six matches in total with two in qualifying and then had some tough matches in the main round.  I won in five games in the quarter finals against Madeline Perry then had a 3-1 win in the semi-finals against Omneya Abdel Kawy.  In the final I player Malaysian, Low Wee Wern and was really pleased that I won 3-1.

Played some good squash throughout the week and it feels great to have won another title!

The event was brilliant and we were well looked after and I can see why the tournament is a favourite amongst the players!  Massive thanks to Fred and his team who did a fantastic job in organising everything!! A great time had by all!

So it’s back home now for a few days rest then 5 weeks training before I go to two tournaments in Australia and New Zealand! We have quite a few squads in Manchester over the coming weeks so that will be good and am looking forward to getting stuck back into training and getting ready for a busy period from August!!
